Port Supply Restriction Status (updated on 2020-08-26):
Outside port limits deliveries require three (3) working days notice from the time vessel documents are provided (OPL position, location, date and time). Bulk deliveries are possible only for main grades, by barge and by truck, and also ex-pumped IBCs of 1000 litres. Delivery types will be determined according to vessel berthing location, quantities required and availability of each mode.
APPLICABLE EXTRA CHARGES
Delivery(s) outside listed operation hours are subject to extra charges. Deliveries below the listed working days notice are subject to inquiry and subject to extra charges. In certain cases, extra equipment or manpower are required to complete the delivery and are subject to extra charges. Delivery delays of two (2) hours or more caused by the vessel's crew are subject to overtime and extra charges.
