Marine lubricants are delivered by road truck or by barge. The use of the barge involves additional charges in most ports. Please refer to the General Terms of Sale of the current International Price List for more information about additional charges.
Working Days Notice
For orders received before 12:00pm (local time of the delivery port) the first working day is the day of the order. At 12:00pm or later, the first working day will be the day after the order. In case vessel's estimated time of arrival (ETA) has not been confirmed, the working days notice shall start only from the date of confirmation of ETA. If the order cannot be agreed (product availability or delay), the first working day will begin once agreement has been reached.
Extra Charges
Ex-pumped drums/IBC deliveries is subject to additional fee. Please refer to the General Terms of Sale of the current International Price List for more information about additional charges. Deliveries might be subject to extra charges in the case of not limited to extra local fees, port fees, entrance fees, oil fees, under guarding fees, special consumption taxes, extra charges for icebreaker-hire, extra charges for ferry, extra charges for duties and pallets, special charges during the weekend and/or holidays, antipollution taxes, express deliveries.
